Insert Tag

Inserts a new DICOM tag into the dataset. The tag can be inserted by clicking the insert button on the DICOM Tool Bar or by selecting “Insert tag’ from the Edit Menu.See DICOM Tool Bar for editing DICOM files.

Hint The easiest way to insert a new tag is to copy the tag from another dataset and paste it into the insertion field.

Note Editing a DICOM file may corrupt it.

Note Currently sequence tags cannot be inserted.
