SUV Uptake Analysis
===================

Calculates the contrast ratios and SUV Uptake of different size spheres in a SPECT or PET image. The analysis can be opened by clicking the |suv| button on the :ref:`nmtoolbar` or by selecting 'SUV Uptake' from the :ref:`nucmedmenu` analysis menu. Currently works with the IEC phantom only.

Available settings can be set in :ref:`suvuptakesettings` settings. Dose measurement, times and other parameters can be changed on the fly by a mouse long or right click on the |suv| button.

This module is specific to LinaQA.
