Analyse Menu¶
The Analyse Menu contains various quality control analysis that can be performed on the loaded image, image series or file. The menu is divided into three categories according to the modality the images or files came from. Some analysis appear in more than one submenu, eg. ‘3D Phantoms’ as they can be used to analyse images from different modalities, i.e. CBCT (radiotherapy) and CT (radiology). The submenus are:
